I've been talking with my fellow teammates and we are eagerly wanting to fight someone. Unfortunately, there is no Ladle for December so we were looking at the possiblities of who to fight. We came up with you guys, but this time it's going to be a little more CT like.

Proposal

What: Best of 3/5 matches

Where: CTWF or another Wild Fortress server

When: This Saturday (23rd) {Sunday wouldn't be good since it's Christmas Eve} or Next Saturday (30th) {Again Sunday wouldn't work since it's New Years Eve}

Alternatives: If we can't arrange this for one of the 2 dates above (since I know Sundays are best for most) we will have to figure out a date.

btw sundays is good 4 me. my enterprise close this week 4 all the holidays until 7/1. then i haven't a lot of time issues to play...

To be honest, I don't want to fight against Aspirin and Cough Medicine again. Took the fun out of it for me. I like to know who I'm dumping ( or who's dumping me). If you'll only play with these names, you can count me out.
Use your usual names and I'll play, maybe set up a clone of CTWF. Not on the 23rd for me though, too busy, possibly 30th.

Ed: I really don't understand why changing our names took the fun out of it. I mean who really cares about the names. As long as we had TuI on, then it was obvious what team we were playing for. Who is CTxZ3X? Why did he have to change his name? I have no clue who CTxZ3X is and therefore I don't want to play. Who's -ct-ed-? Why did he have to change his name from ed? That's it! I don't know who I'm playing so therefore I quit.

Back on topic: Can we not do it this Saturday. I'm completely unavailable and probably many of you are. Does the 30th sound good?

As I've said, I play for fun. Not for competition, if I want that I'll have a game of squash, but I thoroughly enjoy that too.
One of the joys of the tron community is that it's small and I know and am friendly with most of the regular fortress players.
I know many player's styles, know what I can and can't get away with on the grid. It's half the fun to get into little battles and beat or be beaten by tron friends.
The last ct/tui match I entered the grid, didn't even get a hello from non CTers, just right, let's start. Turns out I knew most of them.
I'm not blaming tui members, they are some fine players who just like to do battle. I just don't understand why you have to hide behind different names.

It's just my take on the whole thing. And I know at least a couple of other CTers who didn't enjoy the last match for the same reason.
Just understand that playing as gavascon and viagra, CT wont be fielding their strongest team.

What about the X clan, they will offer CT a great challenge, and I know who they are.
I'd have great fun being beaten by them.

it is 51'st year since the racing club formed in this building. i'll be intaking lots of alcohol from the engines. At least i hope i get to go i can't get tickets till the 29th(the first night of it). The only bad part is that i wish i could be driving in it.
