Also i'm still not sure on the banning. you can never please everyone. I'm not saying that Super Duck! shouldn't be banned but you mise well ban Hitler too because some people may find the name offensive.
I know i say some things too that could be objectionable (nothing raciest),but still on some days you just have a team where nothing is working or you are having a bad and you get mad and blame others. Now usually i apologize to them the next time i see them. has Super Duck! done that?
