It's the same for me too.
It was fine for a while, then my ping was up and down between 80-250 like nobody's business.
During my match against Shadow on Catfight. But his was stable throughout. It was very frustrating.
Check out the packet loss:

Yet, if I ping a few random web addresses there is no packet loss.
