@theroze YOU SAID FRIED CHICKEN! Remember the world famous Fried chicken and ribs topic! I saw your picture and it made me think of the last rack of ribs i have in the freezer. I am pulling it out today to thaw, along with the chicken to make fried chicken. So, we are officially back to Fried Chicken and Ribs!

Just a quick Fried Chicken and Ribs update. I decided to thaw the meat the right way by just putting the frozen meat in the refrigerator. So, it will take 2 full days to thaw. On Friday, after I cook the Fried Chicken and Ribs, I will let you all know exactly what we had for dinner, including side dishes! FRIED CHICKEN AND RIBS FTW!

@dubz You have never tried my World Famous Fried Chicken and Ribs! If I ever get back to the UK (was there in 1984 for a short vacation), I will personally host a get together for all the people (especially you) where I cook my Fried Chicken and Ribs. Can my wife and kids and I borrow your kitchen to do the cooking?

or soaking it in cold water (remember to refresh the water every 20 minutes)
