Ok, I really like the server and the friendly people. But I don't like the polls (is there a way to change the poll system?).

Too many, that's right. In my opinion the worst thing about the polls is, that everyone can start a poll without any reason.
So maybe if you want to start a poll, you will have to write a few words why you want to kick the person.
This could help against those who just enter, poll and leave.

yeah, but this is aa feature, i think the new version will allow it, 4 now u can just make polls like now.

about these polls we are planning to use the new feature on 2.8.2 to control it better, the problem is the backward compatibility with older clients, we have to make some tests.

we are on our way to try to solve it a bit.

anyway, most people dont like to kick. you must effectively broadcast the faults of the n00b before kicking, or have a failed poll

i always state my reasons once i submit the poll i usualy start off by saying kick the ... ususaly TK and non grinder AKA a n00b

same here.

mabye we can ask the aa to install a setting that auto-kicks nongrinders and tkers as well (couple of tks in a row)
