why not make it a LIMIT_TIME 30 match to see if that would work nicely for ladle

well 3 shortened matches with limit_time 12 most likely would be worse than one long match of limit_time 30. we discussed it before the last ladle on IRC for a while and that seamed to be the best way to go about limit_time in a ladle
