Well, I'm pretty sure that Beatles and EP sold most of their records after their disband/death. It'll be the same with MJ - his records will hit 1 bln in no time. Nothing brings more popularity than sudden death

He spent most of his money on silly things for his Neverland Ranch, as well as on lawyers. He made some good investments (Beatles discography copyrights), but it was a drop in the ocean.
