My technique involves lots of practicing, and i've started improving it since i was 6 years old!
You've to start by moving your hand up and down while touching the walls, then learn to grind and dont never run out of rubber!

I just bind all the keys on the left hand side of the keyboard to left turn and all the keys on the right side of the keyboard to right turn. Then, punch keyboard randomly with fists.
