As you'll note in the thread, and currently every page on the wiki, they are currently in violation of the GPL (the license that gives all of you and us the right to modify and distribute the program, without which this program would probably be just another crappy shareware game). Since they haven't provided the source, and are behaving in a way that shows they only care about themselves, and are blatantly lying about who wrote the program, you shouldn't use it. That's just common sense, really. When someone lies to you, don't eat their food.
