the thing is, he has said yes to every poll from nothing-ctt and ctt-ct

personally i think guys with rather small skill are also welcome to join CTT (manners are important!). if they show no progress during CTT beeing - they're out. offcourse it all depends on player who is trying to join, his grid-CV and other related things.

I think that a ctt member should be pretty good, if they improve they become ct, if they don't in like 3 months, they r kicked out
