This is the second time that it happened to me, I polled a reasonable poll (accidentally included wrong user on one) but mentioned it and apologised. however i feel that it wasnt that which got me kick banned..

I haven't looked into the settings for this. I just went with the default. They do seem quite strict. It has been mentioned once before.
No one who was there has the admin pass. It's possible, you could say, that it was a ct admin using another name, but I find that highly, highly unlikely. I didn't even know it was so busy at this time.
I will delve into the settings for this and loosen them a bit.
