heh title looks like spam

I don't like the new setting to make people wait 5 minutes, i think, before they can make a poll.
You can under most circumstances not who is TKing and who is not a lot sooner than that. withing 2-3 minutes would be a better number. I was getting killed by a teammate every round. I waited a little bit to see if the stoped. Since they did not i went to make a poll. you are not old enough please try back in 122.****** seconds. Since i could not vote i asked my other teammate and he got the same type of message. in the end i was able to get someone to make a poll for that player, but i do not think that most opponents would make polls for you.

I'm not completely opposed to this setting but the time frame should be shorter. This setting will help cut down on poll spammers. but as i said 2-3 minutes is enough time. don't make it 5.

That's a new setting due to the upgrade, I just left it at its default value.
I set it to 150 seconds = 2.5 minutes.

good, in fact i like this feature, 2 or 5 minutes, i don't care, if u can't do the poll someone will do...
