Look at all the usernames in the ladder log.. Surely someone realizes that only a fraction of those names are unique... therefore the ladder is being taken advantage of.

Additionally, with no enforcement of the wonderful global login that has been around for several years now.. it seems irrational to allow it be this way still.

My suggestion, enforce global logins... this will fix an entire array of problems that are keeping Armagetron populated with trolls.

let me explain my logic please.

CT is undoubtedly the most popular servers within armagetron. Yet still, it comes across as extremely amateur when people enter and say things like n*gger or some stupid stuff / and / or have no clue what they're doing / purposely join other team (clone) to TK opposing team on purpose for points.

With the popularity of CT, the only thing I see as normal progression is QA... which would dissolve the trolls in favor of professionals.

at one time i did talk about making the ladder for those who authentication only. There is a lot of stuff on the ladder that i really need to rework.
