when you say "heberge" do you mean host?

if you plan on allowing a large number of people to use it, you will need a fast internet connection.

Ideally a root server is the best option, but they are expensive. Especially as a popular server uses a lot of traffic. CT Wild uses roughly 100Gb/month.

There is the option of a virtual server, basically you have root acces, but the server is shared with other users. This is cheaper, Zman ran some tests using this option, he found them satisfactory. His results are posted here:

anyway in both cases they are pay servers, they aren't free, u just can find them on google.
