This is a long running tournament & for someone to get silenced for what I've heard, calling someone else an 'idiot', is lame.
More shocked none of you more sensible cts didn't do anything.

Hope this rematch gets played without any tr's having to leave.

I agree that it is totally UNACCEPTABLE, and the blame goes to me.
still.
safa was not called an idiot. it happened like that:
while playing everyone was talking (THAT is unacceptable too!) I said several time to everyone to shutup and got even killed while saying it -.- (no pity from gari, thx).
so safa shouted "EVERYONE STFU" what did not work, and xfroggy replied "no, u stfu" (that mind remind u smthing hoax ) and safa silenced him.
they were both faulty imo.

1. I did something: kicked safa out of the team as soon as xfroggy left
what else could I do? fly to the US and get xfroggy's ass back? he abviously did not want to play, he did not even wait the end of the round (when I would of course have unsilenced him, but didn't do it while I was alive to avoid another free kill for tr *sigh*) to leave.

What I say here is MY point of view, don't attribute my words to the clan, but I doubt they will disagree with me.


Still I agree that kyle's joke was kind of indelicate, but no one is perfect.

...which is why, if the chat REALLY bothers you THAT much, just do what Luzifer does (silence everyone on the other team).

I was admin there, so I had to stay aware and know what the other team could need.
Luzifer can silence everyone but, as the one running the server, I had to listen to them in case there was smthing important.

(and it does bother me that much while playing for real)

Anyway no regular CT(T)er Admin rights in our ladle(battle) fort now. That was my fault, I had set it up and just copied my old regular authentication file over to that server without changing it. I hope we can get xfroggy back for ladle, right now i think he just wants to be left alone on that though.

Hmm, I forgot to post here, but we can't do it this Sunday =/
