my server provider raised the price for our servers (and also wrtl's).
Because the service and connection (in my opinion) is very good, I will not leave but I will upgrade to an higher package with a better processor, more memory, etc. because the gap between the two prices is not so big any more.

I hope you all know the option to donate our servers. Of course, the CT servers will be up and running, even if I don't get money from our members and CT supporters (I also have some other projects on the server) but it would be a nice signal and would help paying the fees.

Good to be notified of that. Hetzner didn't do this, I can't find any E-Mails and no news on the wiki, and the forums are inaccessible now if you don't have an account. My last invoice (ed will know whether this is the correct term ) still shows the old price, though.

I'll probably keep it because of the good connection, although they don't deserve it if they don't send me a notification soon.

It's only in the forums yet but it seems like all servers will be +10 Euro, except the old DS3000. If you have a new DS3000 (AMD 3700+ or 3800+) you can downgrade to the old one for free - then, there won't be an increase of your monthly fee but you also have less features.
It's because they signed a new energy contract (the old one expired) and the new prices are about ~25% higher than the old. Here, traffic and hardware isn't so expensive (in fact, the prices are going down) but the energy is and it produces ~60% of the total costs.
