yes i didn't changed anything in the login function, maybe it is ur explorer or a cache problem dunno, i didn't experimented any problem on it...

If anymore spam comes, then I might suggest installing Cracker Tracker. It searches for hackers, bots, spammers, etc. It's very good. It's pretty much the only security I have on my forum. I don't use email activation & the CAPTCHA image isn't too complicated. Almost 5,000 posts on my forum and not one bot has registered yet. It has caught a few hacking attempts and bots, so I think it's pretty good.
